Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. Having issues with using the space bar as well as background colors changing when copying a campaign both have threads of their own. In fact we recommend sharing your feedback directly on those threads. As for being unsure of how to change article/heading colors, where are you looking for this option? Does the color tools available under the design tab of your campaign help fit your needs? We have also taken a look into the failed authentication error you received. This was not a wide spread issue we were able to identify. If you are still seeing this error appear please let us know and we would be happy to troubleshoot further.

We're interested in knowing how customers imagine that the layout will display on Mobile? Floating images is an older design layout that may not display well on a mobile device. With that said we also wanted to update the status of this idea to more accurately reflect the status of the idea with our engineering team. At this time there is not an available test feature for social posts. However there is a preview of every post displayed through this tool. Does this preview help fit your needs?

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. The good news is we do have a thread specifically for allowing campaigns to be rescheduled easier from the calendar view. In fact we recommend sharing your need for this feature directly on its thread. As for the view, what are some cases where you would want to view the calendar by day or week or even the time they are scheduled?

Where in your account are you looking to update your registrant's email address? Users can update their registrant's email address by going to your event > viewing the registrant > clicking edit the registrant details. Are you able to update the email address on file following these steps? Do you receive any errors?

At this time we do not have a time estimate of when this will be fixed. We will however reach out to this thread when there is any further updates to share. In the meantime, as a workaround, we recommend using a template without a border, such as Basic Note.

At this time survey campaigns do not have response notifications available. The only way to view that information is to log into the account and view the results through the campaign itself. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Hi. Thanks for checking in on this. Somehow my mouse pointer color settings had changed behavior in all editing sections of the campaigns. I used to see a black mouse indicator when moving over editable text, and it somehow changed to white and getting lost in the white background. I edited my mouse settings and changed the color, and now I'm seeing the mouse and cursor visibly in the editor. I thnk we're back to normal now!
