Something I could suggest to help reduce some extra white space in your campaign, you can utilize one of our multi-columned layouts. We do this to help keep your deliverability rates up as these Role Address consistently produce high spam complaints. These email addresses are designed for distribution to a group of people, like a department, team, or even a whole company and there is the possibility everyone on that list may not have given you permission to send them emails. You should still have access to both the Reporting page and the individual reports for your campaigns. Both pages will continue to have the information on both your bounces and spam reports. ... Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I see you also reached out to us on Twitter concerning this. I'll also reply here. When Constant Contact sends an email, it is then received by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) of the recipient to be reviewed and then delivered. Sometimes, even good email addresses can bounce if there's a change in their status or an issue with the ISP. A contact that has received multiple successful emails still has the chance of bouncing in the future. When we receive multiple bounce reports regarding a contact it ends up in a temporary suspension. If the issue (on the ISP side) has not been resolved that temporary suspension can become long-term. We do have a Deliverability team that can assist you with reviewing these contacts and possibly removing them from suspension if need be. ... View more

Hello Wenanne! We have a few ways to redeem your coupons. We have a great mobile app which includes a coupon redemption feature to automatically update your coupon’s reporting in your account . If you were looking to add your coupon codes to a point of sales system this would need to be done manually. All of the unique codes will be found on your coupon’s reporting page and this information can even be exported into a spread sheet with your contacts information and their unique code as well . ...
