The account owner can login and generate a prepayment invoice through the My Account page. This invoice can be downloaded/printed, so you can pass it to whomever needs it for budgeting. That article also covers how to pay via paper check. If your district wishes to pay electronically, it can be done so by the account owner.
If you need a custom invoice created with additional info, please call our Billing team so they can collect the details you need a generate one.
