I created a survey draft, but when I click "Publish" it prompts me to upgrade. Our current plan is the Email Plus Social, which should already include the ability to send surveys. This is the error message I get: Upgrade Your Account to Publish While in Trial, you can continue to edit your page. But you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to publish.
