Just spent 2 hours trying to log in to my account, which I've had for about 6 years.
Re-sent user name.
Changed user password.
I tried to Log In using PayPal. All to no avail.
I think you should refund the money I’m losing by not being able to send out my email blast with no tech support on a Saturday. This is your fault, there is no reason why it should not work. And there is no one to contact. I even signed in as a quest, tho this was probably a mistake as I'll start getting charged double!
Please respond asap. I will drop this service if I lose money using it.
