Hello @WAIChuck , I got our logo removed from your account's footer. You should see this reflected in all emails you're working on. This won’t retroactively apply to emails that have already been sent out, as the logo was part of the coding received in your contacts' inboxes. However, any upcoming resends of already sent emails should exclude the logo, just as new emails will. Any other references to us are required to comply with data privacy and anti-spam laws. These elements, like your organization's physical address and the unsubscribe link, cannot be removed from the footer for those legal reasons.

Hello @TinaH933 , Your account hasn't been setup with self-authentication, despite having your own domain. I'd advise checking my other responses in this thread, and following the linked articles in them.

Hello @JohnP1864, There is no direct report that shows exactly how many of each type is sued for opening. Under each contact's engagement information, it shows how each email was open. You can view the list and gauge which method is used more often.

Hello @RachaelW914 , With a lot of Facebook's recent updates, we've noticed interruptions for some customers trying to add the JMML app to their page. Our engineers are working with Facebook in regards to their updated API, so I've made sure to attach the relevant service request to your account and submit your case to them. If and when they have an update to the issue, they'll make sure to reach out. In the meantime, our engineers are suggesting using the Facebook Business page's Add Button feature, and then linking to a lead-generation landing page that you created in our system.
