We definitely don't want to intrude on your day with unnecessary calls and when you ask us to update your communication preferences, we want to make sure that is processed properly. I did look into your account and see that we have noted that outgoing calls and emails are no longer occurring. Our intent is not to bombard you with calls, however, to make sure we're available to help our newer customers with any issues or questions they may have.
