I apologize you are not receiving your test emails! You mentioned you are not seeing a notification saying the test email has been sent, are you receiving any error messages instead? What browser are you working in? If you have not already, I would suggest testing in a different browser or a private/incognito window. I would also be happy to look into this further for you.
