That is a great question. Currently, the poll block functions in the same way as click reporting, so it tracks all of the responses if the recipient clicks on multiple options. However, I do understand the need for limiting responses. I have gone ahead and requested our technical team create a feature request for this, and I will have them reach back out to with any updates we have on it.
