Every time I use CC to send out our newsletter I regret ever having opened an account. For the umpteenth time, you make it impossible to correct mistaken emails in a list. There is NO "edit list" option. Does every list need to start from scratch? Why does the Chat Help not work?

I am so sorry we moved from Weebly to Wix. Weebly was not excellent, but it was easy. Wix is needlessly complex and very hard to master. eg: I want a simple link in the text to point to a PDF file in my Wix files. Wix will not even let me successfully upload a 600k PDF file to the file library. Why not? Who knows? It's typical. Customer support doesn't pick up the phone and the robot on the other end wants logins and passwords to be recited not entered. There are too many things you can't do in Wix. I will never recommend this horror show to anyone.

I took a webinar from CC on how to link to my FB account to run better ads on FB via CC. It was during the linking steps where CC tells me I have an “error” in my account. The first error was missing information. The second error (little red flag) did not take me to another page as the first one did. This is where I got the “something went wrong, try again later”.
