I've been having the same issue since Sept. 3rd! I can't seem to find a solution anywhere. I have a contact who unsubscribed accidentally and would like re resubscribe. I sent the resubscription email and they have never received the email- even made sure they checked their spam/junk folder. No email. They are marked as awaiting confirmation and there is nothing I can do. I would like to know how to resolve the issue ASAP please!!!!!
