I've been on hold for well over 15 minutes (even though I was quoted at 2) I am trying to cancel, so my assumption is that is why I am still waiting. I had hold music for about the first 10 minutes, but it's since gone silent. I will call my credit card company to cancel if not taken care of. I was JUST hung up on. Now I'm very upset. I'm calling back a second time. This is very disappointing.
