I just signed up today for Constant Contact and I'm already annoyed. I have a team that I would like a rep from Constant Contact to go through a live demo with everyone and that is apparently impossible and not something they do. The only way to get a demo is to upgrade to the $45 plan. How do I know if I want the $45 plan if I can't even see a demo first of what it does? Their only suggestion was to get everyone together and call support and wait the 15 min or however long to get someone from support to walk the team through. This is not what I was told when I talked to someone before I signed up. They told me I was able to get a demo but neglected to tell me it was only for the $45 plan. Very misleading and now I have to find the time to schedule a meeting with my team and either wait on hold for support or have them each watch the tutorials on the website and then call support themselves to get their specific questions answered. Very frustrating and I just started.
