Due to account security we are unable to make any updates on your account. You can however updated your Community screen name and contact name on file directly in your account. Your contact name can be changed by following steps 1-3 on this Help Center article. While on the other hand, your Community screen name by:
Logging into your Constant Contact account; click the profile icon and choosing My Account.
On the right under My Profile click Community Screen Name
Enter your New Screen Name in the two boxes provided
Click Submit to save your changes
