Constant Contact thinks I may or may not have been hacked. I have been trying to resolve this for some time. I have no access to my account - BUT I AM STILL BEING CHARGED! I have been hung up on not once but twice! after being on hold for an hour! To ask for someone to call me back when there is availability is a 2 or 3 day wait! I understand that we are all doing the best we can with COVID and other issues....but I NEED MY EVENT REGISTRATION LIST! and for goodness sake - don't charge me for services I am not given access to.
