I have been trying to get my issue solved for the last 30 minutes. I am now on hold again. It started with waiting, then I got through and then was disconnected. SO, I started the whole process again and am now on hold AGAIN waiting for the deliverability team. I only have 3 minutes left in my lunch hour now since I have been dealing with this for the last 30 minutes and have gotten nowhere. Now I am told that there us no direct line to call when I have to try this for the THIRD time because I am working and my lunch is over. What a waste of time and an inefficient system. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Constant Contact's Customer Service.
