I did as you instructed. I got a response from your technical team with a link to create a transfer token. Problem#1: They did not supply me with Constant Contact's Reseller Public Identifier, which is required. Problem #2: The person I spoke with at Google (which wasn't easy to get to) insists that I should only have to request a transfer token from you and you would place the token on my Google Admin Page - which is inconsistent with the directions from your technical department.

I need to upgrade my Google Workspace account. After wasting the entire day between a call to Support that took over an hour (25 minutes on hold before I could even speak to someone) and then trying the "Chat" support, I got the same answer: "We can't doing anything about your Workspace Account. You'll need to Contact Google". But Google REQUIRES that you have to go to your reseller to make any changes. Apparently Constant Contact isn't aware of this - ironic as CC is the reseller who sold me the Google Service in the first place. So, the question is who can I talk to AT CONSTANT CONTACT about transferring my Google Workspace account directly to Google? And please don't tell me that I have to contact Google. I've already done that and they require the reseller CONSTANT CONTACT to help me with this.
