All I want to do is find a service that will send out monthly newsletters as emails from my Home Owners Association to all the 256 (max) home owners. I don't want a web site, I am not selling / marketing anything, I just want a service that will manage the email list. and send out the newsletters to that list. I have spent hours on the internet trying to find such a service but everyone that seems close really wants to develop a website, which we do not want/need (there's Facebook for that kind of communication). Do you do what I need - just manage the email list and send out the newsletters - or do you know some company that does. Thank you.
