I got a notification from someone who wanted to subscribe to our weekly email newsletter. When I went to add them, I found they'd previously unsubscribed from our mailing list (I got a message saying I could create a new contact with this email address but I could not add the contact to a mailing list). I emailed the individual explaining the situation, and the individual indicated they got a lot a spam and had probably unsubscribed to our mailing list by mistake before. I mentioned to the individual that, if they had another email address they accessed, I could add them using that different address, but they only use the lone address. Is there any way I can add this individual back onto our email list using that address they used and unsubscribed with before?
