I posted a question seeking help on why my template kept editing itself every time I clicked on something to edit it (the layout would change from a single column to being two columns and interrupt the flow of the entire layout). Matthew responded by attributing it to connectivity issues (which I don't think it is) and archived the post immediately so I can't respond. Additionally, there is no way to get in touch with him. Perhaps instead of archiving it immediately and offering no way of return communication, help personnel could simply respond and ask if the offered solution helped the client.
