I write and send a newsletter (blog) by email attachment and would like you to do that for me as well as clean up my subscriber list and eliminate duplicate emails. This newsletter only goes out four times a year so I don't want to pay monthly. Do you consider lower rates for those like myself who only need your services quarterly? Thanks, Ann Kochenberger
