What method of importing the contacts were you using? Based on your contacts' import/export activity, I'm only seeing the one addition of your current number of contacts done earlier today.
Is the issue still occurring for you? If so, when importing the contacts do you see any specific error messages you can screencap or provide the exact wording of? Are you able to get to the final page of the import process, where you select a list to add the importing contacts to, and able to click the big blue Upload button in the top-right corner?
