If your entire device is crashing while trying to work in our platform, that sounds like a hardware issue you should probably see a technician about.
Regarding your test sends, I was able to receive all the test copies of your emails that I sent, so you may want to check and make sure the tests aren't getting put into your junk, or that your networks isn't holding them for security quarantine. If you continue to have issues with your test delivery, I'd advise speaking with our Delivery team directly.
