That's not the issue. It's only on your website that it pops up. I've had this issue for months and I can usually send out my newsletters by finagling things, it's only recently I can actually see what is blocking it. It's a feature on the website design because it's scrollable. It might be a design issue that affects chrome. Since another browser doesn't have it.
