I was working on an email and clicked something and now I got another 7$ charge for something I didn't even know about. There was no prompt or ask for additional password verification. they just charged me. Im so over it with billing with this .

I have looked it up and your app says that the "my account" area is under my name on the home page. well my name doesn't exist. I am asking for a refund. I can't even access my account. I can't believe that I can't even change my password or anything cause the button doesn't exist.

I don't understand why I cannot access my billing information on your website. I need to change the card information and password and there is no information or button on how to access my account. most ridiculous thing I have ever seen! work it out!!
