Data hygiene is essential, so first, for undelivered emails that bounced, you will want to download those contacts to clean them up offline. Also, if they have bounced repeatedly, it is a good idea to remove them from your contacts and any future email sends. After you have your 'clean and deliverable' contacts in Constant Contact, you can segment them using lists or tags. You can also go to your dashboard and look at the most engaged versus the least engaged. There is a lot you can do in the platform. You can also download a list and work on it offline -- adding new fields or details -- so that you can customize your campaign.
