I uploaded my email list and tried to create a segment based on contact details, specifically by state. In the setup process: In the first box, I selected State. In the second box, I chose is. In the third box, I entered the desired state name. Below these options, I used OR to add other states and repeated the same procedure for each one. However, when I finish and save, the system returns the message No contacts found.
