You need to go back to the old system ASAP.
1. If I add an unsubscribed contact it doesn't let me know who it is so I can take them off of the original database I pull the information from. The old system used to make that information available.
2. I want to manage my contacts from the company database that manages all aspects of the company - not through Constant Contact. We only want Constant Contact for e-mail - not contact management.
3. The layout is horrible. So difficult to use / understand.
