Good afternoon: We are integrating Constant Contact with our SaaS that we provide restaurants with, by using the API. Essentially, we provide them with a hosted platform that allows them to offer online ordering and also gives them email marketing capabilities, among many other initiatives....Here is our problem - One function that we need, and cannot figure out how to do in your API, is that when a new customer of that restaurant wants to place an online order for the first time, we need to have them complete a basic signup form that we have created, asking them for their First Name, Last Name, and email address....Our problem is that we need to send them a verification email with a link that they need to click to validate their account. We cannot find this anywhere in your API... The other issue is this...Once that, or any other previously signed up customer, completes an order, we also need to email them a confirmation of their order...We can't find how to do this through the API either (they might actually be the same function?) Please help as soon as possible, as we were quite dissapointed that we couldn't call into support for this. We are in the middle of the previosly scheduled dev time for my team to work on this, and they are unable to go any further until we hear back from you. Thanks, Jay
