Can you please indicate what the original sign-up source is for spam reports? i.e.website sign-up, hand entered, join our mailing list button, transferred from quickbooks, etc. That would help, I think.

please let me copy paste the reason that they unsubscribe into QuickBooks so I don't pester her about resubscribing.
