First started as a non-profit service -- fees did not reflect NP. They changed the definition of NP from when signed up, from all NP to now just 501(c)(3) All others are 'For Profit'. Second Text underlining disappeared.. Called them. That's no longer available under of new editor. Now Images placed within text (justify L or R) was available couple weeks ago, called again.. Ooops That is no longer available under the 'new editor'. Everybody else's SW is being enhanced. Everybody keeps adding good and neat stuff, CC is removing them! I'll bet refunds are no longer available either.
