Hi Aaron,   Wow! Thank you for your help! Flattening the layers worked! There weren't many, and the document was small enough to begin with that I hadn't even considered them. But there must have been something in one of them that wasn't being read properly. Perhaps the trademark (TM) symbol?   Anyway, thank you! I really appreciate it! Hello,   I am experiencing the same issue today when trying to upload a PDF into the Library. Its file size is 2.6MB.   From my Mac, I tried using both Safari (my default browser) and Chrome with no luck.  From a PC in the office, I also tried Chrome again, as well as Microsoft Edge.
