I've just read through this string of messages/comments hoping that Constant Contact was going to do something about the toolbar that falls right into the text. The problem has been ongoing for almost a year. It fries me to see responses from CC like "it's a small number of requests." You must be kidding. After all these months I guess the real answer is that CC is not going to fix the problem. We can either live with it or go to another platform.

This is not a request! Fix the problem. I do not have time or patience to do work arounds on something that CC knows about but refuses to fix. This toolbar issue has been going on for sometime. I've called about it in the past reporting issues. CC did nothing and it's broken beyond repair right now. Customers aren't going to deal with this - me for sure. I feel like I'm watching the demise of a once nice company. CC isn't saying anything but I'm sure the company has either been bought, or lost it's technical people or maybe just doesn't care.

I am right there with you. Constant Contact's editor just hasn't been working and now I'm supposed to wait for an email letting me know when the program is fixed. I, too am a long time customer but can't take this any longer...it's impossible to call and get through, the "chat box" is limited in what they can do, etc etc. I'm so done.

Very frustrating..the tool bar is stuck on the messaging page which doesn't allow typing a message for a newsletter. I'm told cc is having a problem and in the meantime putting everything in boxes might help. This is just unacceptable. Wait times on the phone are out of control long, the chat box can only do so much and doesnt' have screen share and now I'm supposed to wait for an email for when cc has it problem resolved. In the meantime I am not able to type or send new emails. Just really ridiculous.
