Thanks for reaching out to the Community! When we see images changing their orientation upon upload it is usually photos taken with mobile phones, and caused by orientation of the phone when the picture was taken.
As you have discovered, it can usually be fixed after the image has been uploaded by using the image editor to rotate the image. Another workaround is to take a screenshot of the image and save it in paint to remove the orientation of the image and upload that version. I have also uploaded images directly from my phone to the Constant Contact library using the mobile app, and pictures taken in landscape or portrait mode upload with correct orientation.
We are working on getting this fixed, and it would be helpful to know the following:
Was the picture taken on iPhone or Android?
What model of phone?
Do you upload from the Library tab, or when editing your email campaign?
If the picture was not taken with a phone, how was the picture taken?
