Hi, I wonder if you can further explain why many of our Contacts receive multiple emails please? These Members do not have multiple email addresses, but they are in several different lists, e.g. they appear on the Member list, they appear on the Completed Survey list, they may also appear on Attended Field Day list; I select all 3 of those lists for distribution of a Newsletter because some Contacts only appear in one of those lists so I require them all. According to your Help Centre and as per extract below, you have safeguards in place to prevent duplicate email addresses this doesn't indicate that CC can remove duplicate email addresses in one bulk email distribution such as a Newsletter. Have you some advice for me please?
