That's a great question! In fact we have the ability to automatically resend an email to non-openers. With that said, there is no limit to how many times you can send an email. However sending too much can cause you to be marked as spam. As a baseline to find the best time for your specific contact list, we have this article in our Help Center that helps go over the best time and day to send based on your industry. But each contact list is unique so sometimes a process of trial and error can help determine what works best. .
Some of these actions can include:
A poll action block and ask people how often they'd like to receive mailings on their next campaign.
Custom fields on your sign-up form where the subscriber chooses when they sign up.
Segmenting your lists based on those who are high touch vs low touch contacts.
Have you tried segmenting your contacts and sending them at different frequencies (weekly vs monthly)? Doing this allows you to compare reporting and even try taking a look at the Opens reports to notice any patterns.
