We are a small social enterprise that provides special education programs and therapies to children in China. We devote quite a % of our budget to events management and email, previously through Constant Contact. Due to Constant Contact's inability to support Chinese content, we had to cancel our account last spring. We continued to be charged even though we didn't have any services. We had to call to ultimately cancel (very inconvenient in our timezone) and are left with a hefty (for our small company) $400+ in credits. After multiple calls and emails, we are being given the runaround and are told we "cannot" get the money refunded, only transfer to a different account. With $400+ we can do a lot to reach families who need our help. We haven't used any Constant Contact services since March 2016. In fact, to write this message, I tried to log in to our account to find out the exact amount and I can't because it says it's deactivated...but with hundreds of dollars in unusable credits to us! Please refund this amount to our company. We had no hard feelings leaving and only had to do so due to a lack of language offerings.
