It's great that we can add users - they need to have specific roles - for instance I send out an email to our sales team's contact list - each email blast is specific for a sales person. It would be great to have them log in and be able to download and view their bounces, opt outs and opens. Also to see the reports page for the email blasts associated with them as a user. Adds and deletes should happen from the main user just to make sure contacts aren't lost. ... View more

I'm on the list for updates on the multi-user feature - would love to  know the status of this.  Would like to be able to share the load as it were without giving up the administrator function to keep payment info, etc. confidential, so really really need the multi-user feature.   Laurel OSI ...
