I'm sorry to hear that you aren't receiving your test emails. There are a few things below you may try to see if they will resolve your issue.
Send Limit: Y ou're limited to 50 test emails to non-verified addresses in a 24-hour period. Try sending to verified email addresses in your account while you wait.
Spam: Check your inbox's spam folder. If you find your test email in the spam folder, then it will most likely be picked up by your contacts' filters as well. Try checking your spam score to resolve the issue before sending again.
Whitelisting: An email provider or security service may be flagging your email. Get added to a safe sender list to ensure your emails are always delivered. You may also mark Constant Contact IP addresses as safe to ensure deliverability.
