Hey @SharonR53, thanks for sharing your feedback. Due to the newer Third Generation Editor being 100% mobile responsive, we unfortunately don't have a way to convert the older editor's templates to the Third Generation Editor as they were not originally built to respond to mobile devices. Due to them having such a drastic difference, the only way to "move" an older campaign into a Third Generation campaign is to recreate it within a Third Generation template. I know this isn't an ideal solution and we've definitely worked to help make this easier by adding new blocks like the 5x1 content block, the option to edit background colors in blocks, and more.  If you have a specific campaign that you aren't able to remaster in a mobile responsive template within the Third Generation Editor, I'd be happy to take a look at it and see how we can make this process smoother. As a side note, you do have the option of copying the Legacy Newsletter campaigns which will allow you to edit the content and send it to your contacts.  ... View more

This is definitely something we've been working on and we've added a lot of new blocks that accomplished a lot of what users have been requesting such as multiple columns to replicate tables. Allowing users to add custom code into this editor is definitely something we're trying to look at carefully as we want to make sure it's a good experience for you as well as your recipients. Hey @PQCanyon, when you say you are dragging the PDF graphics onto our page, what is the process that you are taking? Are you trying to import your PDF into your Library or are you trying to create a campaign from your PDF? If your PDF is reaching our maximum file size, I would suggest trying to compress it or save the file as a slightly lower quality to see if will save as less than 5MB.  ... View more

Hey @EricW06, I appreciate your feedback and apologize that this is occurring. It's definitely not an intended response when uploading PDF documents and we're currently working on resolving this bug. We are looking to gather more information on affected PDF's , specifically how they are being created. If you know how those PDF documents are being made, would you be able to let me know that process? Some users have created them from web pages, Microsoft Word documents, etc.    Thanks so much! ... Hey @COS55331, thanks for your feedback!  With how the contacts information is stored in your account, the street address would also include the unique house number and then the street name. Are you keeping the street names in a separate custom field or are you wanting segments to be able to pull the street name from the Street Address?   Thanks! ... View more
