I would like to see fields like that added in all types of segment categories. For instance "tagged as x but not as y" and other similar things, or even more important "opened x and y email but not z" Some of these things can be accomplished by just adding multiple steps but it can get very complex to figure out the order that will provide the results you need. ... I am actually shocked that you don't support right to left. I recently moved to you from a different provider and didn't even think to check this feature as I just assumed in this day and age you would support it. Very disappointed and now I have to look for a solution that will work in a global economy.    It is extremely easy to support Right to Left with html and css. I often find that the color I want is not on your palette. There is no grass green, real pink or chocolate brown- for example. That slide bar on the side usually produces muddy or inadequate results for me. A CC Customer Support person a few years ago suggest Color Hex, which is what I've been using to find the exact colors I want. I write down the #F____ on a piece of paper to reuse them.   Canva is directly connected now to CC. Why can't Color Hex or something similar be connected with an efficient way to save favorites for other flyers? I think other users would enjoy this feature as well.   CC does an excellent job of incorporating suggestions- easier way to resubscribe and others. Agree with @CherylW69. So many web interfaces, whether email design, chat logs, or anything else, offer a toolbar in a way you can actually use it. If it's hard to control where it pops up, why not build it into the module's layout instead of being a popup. Even that can be a problem if you have to scroll up to the top of a long comment to reach the toolbar, but at least you can get to it and use it. I just spent a half hour of my life with Chat because I can no longer add / change a border color to an email. I used to be able to but not now. Someone broke it. The developers continue to twiddle with unimportant titivations that most of us don't care about but don't change the features we request over and over again. I am so tired of getting onto CC only to find yet another unwanted change has occurred.    I learned early in my years that "Deeds Not Words" is a powerful thing to remember. I am so tired of empty apologies from CC and other companies who tell us "you are very important to us" and "is there anything else I can help you with" and "we apologise for the experience you had with creating emails in your account".
