What bit about me spending hours on hold in the middle of the night just to pay you didn't you understand? I assume I will not be charged for the period that I cannot use the service due to your error, and I dont have to do anything like wait on the phone for ages to get myself out of this hell of a company? I have tried on 3 computers, a phone and 3 browsers and I cannot update my billing information. I cannot send emails, I have now missed our email marketing goals for this month. I cannot contact support as you seem to not have an email address or have deliberated hidden it to avoid helping people. Whenever I call your phone or use your online chat you are closed as I am in the UK. You fob people off onto the community forum hoping I guess that others will support your paying customers for free and it just adds to the problem.
I cannot pay you, I cannot send email marketing, I have emailed the billing rep who was emailing me when it came to getting money from me last Friday and had no reply. I am forced now to go somewhere else and set up my account again just to do any email marketing. I am forced to leave constantcontact and will not waste anymore time trying to pay you. I will not again call and wait 30 minutes to cancel my account I will just leave it as unusable. I assume you will not expect anymore payments as you are not providing the service we agreed.
