It is VERY hard to actually find the reasons why someone unsubscribed. This is extremely valuable information to me for my business, to learn if I have made any strategic mistakes in my marketing emails, offended someone, etc. Constant Contact seems to encourage us to be ethical with our marketing and our lists, so why do you make it so hard to find this information? When I receive one of your notices of an unsubscribe, the reason is NOT in the email you send me, and it is NOT even in the person's card! I have to waste time looking up reports from all recently sent email campaigns in hopes that I may find the unsubscriber's name and reason for unsubscriging. This is a huge waste of time, and, sometimes I can't even find the information. Could you please add the reason for unsubbing (when the client provides it of course) in both the email notices you send us, and, in the unsubs Contact card? Sometimes, I have clients who decide they no longer want to be on my mailing list but still have consultations with me, or still buy products from me. It is VERY helpful for me to see in print whatever they wrote about not wanting the emails/newsletters. Please, don't make us work so hard to find this valuable information. Thank you.
