I recently sent an email to 14 contacts through CC. after 1 week CC was reporting only 1 open. I sent an email from my computer to the 14 recipients requesting they let me know if they 1/ received the newsletter from CC a week previous 2/ opened it at all? It is very clear to me now that CC is not recording all opens in the reports section. I am aware there is a time delay for these reports to update and I have tried clicking on the small arrow icon which recalculates the figures. (just to the right of the row) I'm not sure why this is happening but I cannot count on figures I know are incorrect.... can anyone advise if this is a user problem/firewall problem/server/whatever??
