I used to be able to export a report of unsubscribes, which included a field for reason for unsubscribing. I could easily scan down the whole list to see their reasons. I DO NOT want to have to do that, contact by contact. Too inefficient!!!! Actually, it would be wonderful to have that field included in the report I get (once a week) listing the new subscribers and the unsubscribers: nothing to download at all. Doesn't Constant Contact think this is important???
