A user forgot his password, as an admin, I need the ability to reset his password but that option is not available. My only option is to deactivate them, that's not a good solution.

Our company also needs the "forward email" feature back. We are now forced to use Outlook to manually forward the emails and have even begun looking at other vendors who have the option to share the email via email and social account. This is a basic function that should not be based on click rate (e.g. I use Siri and my car's Bluetooth to make phone calls, that doesn't mean I no longer need a touch keypad on my mobile phone).

After training events, we typically use surveys to confirm retention of material and provide a certificate of completion. However, the participants name should appear in the certificate. If you had the option to allow CC users to personalize the closing page of surveys, we would be able to automated the certificate of completion process. Currently, we've had to turn to CVENT for that task, but would prefer the smaller environment of CC. Thanks, Liz Miranda, Thermo Fisher Scientific.

I need a direct link that I can send to customers who wish to update their profile. How do I access that without having customers try to retrieve old emails to find link at bottom?

It would be beneficial to have the opportunity to resend an email to only those contacts who did not open the campaign, or to those who previously bounced but were since modified. Don't need to resend to those who already opened.
