It sounds like you're going through a similar issue as one I worked with earlier in this thread. It's related to a really weird, sporadic glitch that our engineers are still investigating. With that said, the higher level technical team is going to look into your situation and do a little more research before confirming the glitch, as well as to test a few different workarounds only they can do. You may also see your subscriber number increase and decrease a few times while they're testing.
They should be following up to your account's primary email address within the next four business days.
