Hello. I am trying to create some custom fields to allow for greater list segmentation. I have created the new text fields and created a spreadsheet of contacts with information to fit the new fields. When I go to upload the list, Constant Contact is not pulling information to fill the new fields. At least not consistently. I have tried CSV and XLS files. I have tried confirming that there are no formulas and everything is just text. I have also set everything as "General" text format. No numbers, accounting, or currency, etc. I have tried closing and restarting the program and computer. Different browsers too. Any tips would be helpful.
Below is what I am experiencing.
I have 5 new Custom Fields that I am creating.
3 are filling just fine.
1 is sporadic, meaning that it fills in for some people and not others. And for some it is only pulling in part of the information.
