I'm more than a little frustrated that I can't cancel or close our account online. I'm also frustrated that your website states hours that include Saturdays, but the billing department that I need to talk to in order to cancel my account is not open on Saturdays. Now I have to wait until Monday and take another 30 minutes out of my already busy day to call you to cancel it. How much easier would it be to just allow me to do that online? Now you have a frustrated customer who will start looking at other options that aren't so cavalier with my time!
