I was trying the Custom Signup Form generator and I can't get past thie following: It appears that this signup form has already been configured. I have pulled down the PHP sample forms code and put it in my web root. I have added the API key and user/password to the cc_class file.  The form does not add the name to my list.  What else do I need to to get this working?   ... View more
